Description of:AZD1480
AZD1480 suppresses the growth of human solid tumor xenografts harboring persistent Stat3 activity. [1] AZD1480 inhibited the phosphorylation of Stat5 with an IC50 of 46 nM in TEL-Jak2 cells, whereas little or no inhibition of Stat5 phosphorylation was observed in the TEL-Jak3, TEL-Jak1, or TEL-Tyk2 cells at or below 1 μM AZD1480.
